Ergonomics is the study of the interaction of a worker in their working environment with the aim of increasing efficiency and productivity and reducing overall discomfort.

With extensive knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics we can provide an comprehensive ergonomic assessment of the individual at their workstation to understand risk factors leading to pain and injury.

What is involved?

We will come to your place and look at how your worker sits, stands and manoeuvres within the working environments

 Following the assessment, we will provide modifications to the work environment and recommendations for your worker.

The ergonomic assessment usually goes for about 30 mins and we will write a detailed report following this session.
