Matt is an Australian trained physiotherapist with 10 years of experience working within private practice, hospital, community and aged care sectors across Australia.

Matt uses a comprehensive assessment to understand your problem, this assists in developing a detailed individualised treatment plan allowing for rapid recovery.

During each treatment session Matt places the core importance of providing hands on treatment, strength and conditioning exercises and education.

Matt has a broad experience in many areas of physiotherapy, however has a strong interest in treating sports and musculoskeletal injuries.

Foster Antony

  • BSc (Honours) Physiotherapy – University of Zimbabwe
  • Post Graduate Certificate in Coronary Care & Cardiac Rehabilitation


Since qualifying from the University of Zimbabwe in 1997, Foster has worked in various clinical physiotherapy roles in Zimbabwe, New Zealand, Western Samoa and here in Australia. Foster has extensive experience having worked in all clinical areas of physiotherapy in various settings including hospitals, community health centres and physiotherapy private clinics.

Shea Hickman

  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours)
Shea is a New Zealand trained Physio and graduated with a Bachelor in Physiotherapy with Honours in 2018. She has since worked in physiotherapy clinics in NZ, Canada and Japan, and is now in Alice Springs for the winter. She has extensive experience managing injuries and performance in mountain athletes including endurance trail runners, multi-sporters, rock climbers, mountain bikers, and skiers, and has a particular interest in acute knee and ankle injuries as well as complex shoulder injuries.
Furthermore, Shea is able to assist with managing concussion, neurological conditions such as CP, PD and MS, and assessing and treating BPPV. Shea has a holistic approach to treatment and uses a combination of dry needling, manual therapy, mobility training and strength and conditioning to help your body recover from injuries, optimise your movement and performance, and prevent future injuries.
