Red centre Health Focus has various taping techniques to help assist you with reducing injury risk and enhancing performance.
Taping helps to assist in the activation of specific muscle groups, increase joint stability and reduce stress placed on specific structures so that they are optimally loaded.
Within the clinic we use 2 different types of tape depending on the condition.
These include Kinesio Tape(K-tape) and Rigid Tape.
Taping is useful for common conditions:

- Ankle Sprains
- Shoulder instability
- Back pain
